ProPass is a platform connecting experts with audiences. By using our app, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users (subscribers and experts).
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law). If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must supervise your use of the app, especially when interacting with experts.
You're responsible for your account security and all activity under it. Don't share your login credentials.
Subscribers: Pay to access expert content and services.
Experts: Verified professionals who provide content, advice, and services. Experts must accept our Expert Agreement and follow additional expert-specific policies.
ProPass is a platform only. We don't provide professional services. Experts are independent contractors, not ProPass employees.
No Professional Advice: Content is educational and informational only. ProPass is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency service.
Emergencies: Call your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the U.S.). Don't use ProPass for crisis situations.
Non-Regulated Focus: ProPass serves experts in non-regulated industries. We don't accept licensed professionals in regulated fields (doctors, therapists, lawyers, financial advisors, etc.).
Subscriptions: Pay monthly for expert content access. Billed automatically on your signup date each month.
Tips: Voluntary payments to experts for exceptional content.
Packages: One-time purchases for digital products or services.
Bookings: Paid 1-on-1 sessions with experts (if they offer them).
Processing: Payments processed via Stripe. Payment processing fees apply (Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
Platform Fees: First 100 experts keep 100% of revenue (excl. Stripe fees). After expert #100, ProPass retains 20% of subscriptions, packages, and bookings. Tips are always 100% to experts.

Your Content: You retain rights to content you post. By posting, you grant ProPass a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
Community Standards: Follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
Reporting: Report inappropriate content or users from within the app.
Your IP: Don't post content you don't own or have rights to use.
Copyright Complaints: If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to will@propassapp.com.
Repeat Infringers: Accounts with repeated copyright violations will be terminated.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ProPass is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We're not liable for:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to ProPass in the 12 months before the claim (or $100, whichever is greater).
No Consequential Damages: We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold ProPass harmless from claims arising from:
Governing Law: Delaware law governs these Terms.
Informal Resolution: Contact us first at will@propassapp.com to resolve disputes informally.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not court), except for small claims court disputes under $10,000.
No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Your Right: Stop using the app anytime.
Our Right: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with notice.
Effect: Upon termination, your right to use ProPass ends. Outstanding payments will be processed per our refund policy.
